Exchange & Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time unless in the rare case that the item received is faulty or defective.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

We have the right to deny exchange if the item does not meet policy requirements. The item will be returned to you, and the customer will be charged for delivery costs.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning good to us.

In the rare case of receiving a faulty or defective item, The Shore Thing will be responsible for costs associated with returning the product.

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, The Shore Thing will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
